Shanna-Your RE very well may have tested you for everything. I just know from my own experience, the RE I was seeing told me I had all the repeat pregnancy loss testing, but when I went for a second opinion with another RE I found out there were several things he left out. (MTHFR, Factor V Lieden, Anti-nuclear antibodies, and a bunch of other things.) And I know how frustrating this is, with 3 losses, I wanted answers and I'm sure you are feeling the same way. Also, the new RE I'm seeing believes in heparin or lovenox for unexplained loss, he says he has had great success with it. I know its somewhat controversial to use heparin or lovenox without a solid reason, but that may be something to ask your doctor about as well.
