Your workouts (or lack thereof) are the problem. If you're at 1100 calories per day, and haven't worked out, you've probably lost some lean mass, too.
If the options are:
1) Go off the pill and continue to do no exercise
vs
2) Stay on the pill and start exercising
My suggestion would be to STRONGLY consider option 2.
'Real' weight loss is VERY hard to sustain in the absence of regular exercise.
Even if you go off of the pill, if you don't get into a regular habit of physical activity, there's a good chance you'll be revisiting your weight issues down the line.
Plus, if you're serious about reversing your pcos symptoms, you'll exercise (cardio, and especially strength).
