I was diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety in June last year and PCOS in October last year. I have read somewhere that PCOS, depression and stress can cause memory problems (see - I can't even remember where I have read that!!). My memory is terrible some days to the point where I can't remember people's names which is pretty bad because I am a teacher! Children in my class come to me to ask me a question and I stare at them blankly until they tell me their name!! I even forget the name of simples things like the library - I often say we're going to that place over there and the children in my class always help me by telling me where we're going!! Pretty bad huh??

Anyway, I find that when I am really stressed or having a bad day, I can't remember things but when everything is going OK, then my memory is OK. It's something I'm learning to live with but can be very frustrating at the same time!!
