Hi,

You can start it at any time in your cycle, provided you are not pregnant.

Sunday start is just to help you remember the exact day every month and not necessary.

You can wait for the first day of your period, or start today, it doesn't matter. Sometimes if you start on a day that isn't your period, you may experience some spotting, but it doesn't mean the pill isn't working.

I've taken the pill for nearly 10 years, so I'm used to this! lol!
