I am turning 22 in the next few months and my skin has been the same exact way... The only thing I have found is theres a sensitive(so it doesnt over strip my skin) cleanser made by Ance free(you can get it at walmart€ for like 4 or 5 dollars) and then when I go to bed at night use clearasil... I know it's not a skin care regimen or anything special but it is the ONLY thing that has worked on my face... Hope this helps...
