I have been suffering from severe cramps for almost a year now, steady cramps even without my period, and my doctor told me to get a mirena cuz apparently they are starting to use them to treat endimetriosis and such. I dont know if your in need of a contraceptive or anything but thats what my doc advised me to get. I just got it put in on friday, it was quite a procedure and it hurt alot but if it works im okay with what i went thru. I can keep you up to date and let you know if it actually gets rid of the cramps at all, I am quite skeptical of it myself but I had 2 specialists tell me i would be surprised at how it works for things like that so i thought what the hell i will try it and see, and here I am. |
