Last year when I was diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety, I was at the point that all people had to do was look at me and I would dissolve into tears. I'm the type of person who would never cry in front of anyone else and ended up being someone who would cry over anything in front of my boss and my work colleagues. I found this really hard to deal with. As for anger, I didn't really show any of that until I went back to work (I had 6 months off last year). I still get angry now but I don't fly off the handle at others. If anything, I probably hold it all in until I feel like I might explode! As far as I know, it's all a part of depression, anxiety and maybe PCOS. Maybe it might be a good idea to get checked out for depression. I found that going to counselling (and I still do) has helped heaps.
