Are you able to see a dermatologist or able to try prescription stuff? I am 24 and have been battling acne since I was 14. My new regime that works well is: birth control (ortho-tri cyclen lo), differin (rx acne cream), Purpose soap, and Purpose dual treatment spf 15 lotion (both recommended by my derm for adult sensitive skin and available at walmart, kmart, etc).
