After doing lots of research on this topic I just ordered Progesterone cream from Puritans Pride. Their cream goes by the name Meno-Ease. I noticed it used to go by Puritans Pride Progesterone Cream but it recently changed names. I found out that it has 480mg of progesterone per ounce. I was going to buy the GNC brand but according to their website their cream only has 5mg of Progesterone per ounce. It has it listed in the ingredients section. Also Puritans Pride has its cream on sale BOGO 4 ounces for 17.99. GNC is 12.49 for 2 ounces. I have to say I have never been disappointed by the quality of Puritans Prides vitamins so I feel pretty confident that I will be happy with their cream. Just wanted to let you guys know since I kind of feel like the GNC brand is a rip off if it really only has 5mg of Progesterone per ounce. I doubt it would be very affective. |
