I am a much happier and less anxious person when I do some form of exercise everyday. Even if it is just a 15minute walk around the block it seems to lift my mood. And if you are exercising more regulary (and with intensity) you will likely see the weight come off too! BONUS! lol |

thanks for the support! no there is nothing stopping me from working out 5-6 days a week except the fact that i still am not losing only gaining even though im doing most things right!!! it is frusterating and makes me wanna give up! i like the idea of a 15 min walk because that is sooo doable and not scary sounding like an hour or more!
