Not sure if this helps at all(I'm covered under HEABC/BCGEU) but if your coverage is from Pacific Blue Cross you can get access to your benefit coverage from their online service. Available
here. It's easy to sign up and easy to use.
I know when I reviewed the benefit book, technically fertility meds and treatments should be covered but when I reviewed the website and spoke to someone at Bluecross...there is supposedly no coverage for either.
