 Metformin and Acne
I'm pretty new at this but this is what my doctor has told me so far. He said that Metformin is used to balance out the Testosterone overages in the body. Those testoterone overages are the cause of a number of things including skin problems. Metformin should address it. Go back to the doctor, be open and honest with them about what you need because in my opinion making unexplained demands would only complicate things. Tell them that you've read about Metformin and that you're willing to put "trying" plans on hold while you get a handle on this problem. I hope this helped, good luck!!
