Hi! Do you want an endo or ob/gyn within your network? I would need to know what insurance you have, and then a list of providers, then I could certainly ask Dr. Shapiro his thoughts. The primary treatment for PCOS is nutrition/activity, more lifestyle than anything else, but it is important to have an MD to follow your labs to confirm your progress either one or two times per year. If you have not met with a dietitian familiar with PCOS, this would be crucial as well. My services are available to you even if you are not currently trying to get pregnant. Keep that in mind!
