Her book promotes eating organic whole foods. She also gives a list of always go organic foods and others where you don't always have to buy organic.
I found it to be an interesting read and I really think a lot of the things she points out does contribute to weight gain. I eliminated diet soda totally and lost 5lbs in a week without changing anything else.
