I absolutely agree. Once things normalize you will get PMS and it takes a while to get use to. It feels like you are a teenager again. What I had to do is warn ppl close to me and keep VERY careful track of my cycles. The day I want to punch ppl in the face is usually the day it all starts. When you notice yourself being sensitive to things you wouldn't normally be, that is a big clue. I see it as an incredible trade off...PMS=normal! Embrace it because it means your body is acting like you are a woman. It is what the Met should be doing.
