This book really is awesome. Like NativeNYer said, she condones organic food because a lot of the preservatives and hormones in genetic food messes with our endocrine system. I'm following what she says and I've lost some weight. However, I've also been working out 60 minutes a day, 120 minutes three times a week. I think adding lots of vegetables and REAL, wholesome food helps a lot.
