You can certainly still have children even if you have Endometriosis. It can sometimes be a little more difficult, but it is still very "conceivable," pun intended

Everyone has different signs/symptoms. Some of the most unique symptoms (but could still be something else) are pain after intercourse (usually sharp, stabbing, and throbbing) or bowel pain (same) with or without a bowel movement. It also depends on if you think your period pain is more intense than it used to be/than other women experience.

This thread is going to get a lot of different responses with different experiences with Endo. The best thing you can do is talk to your OB/GYN (if your OB/GYN is the one that said you wouldn't be able to get pregnant, I'd find a different one!) and see what he/she thinks.

There are a few different methods of managing Endo, and you won't know you have it FOR SURE until exploratory surgery, at the very least. Unfortunately, this is the ONLY way to officially diagnose it, but my OB/GYN surgeons won't schedule it until they are fairly certain that you have it.

I have PCOS and Endometriosis, and I was told by an OB/GYN (I fired her after this that I would never be able to have children (even worse - that it was my fault for allowing myself to become overweight). I WAS ABLE TO GET PREGNANT, but I lost the baby. I am currently 5 dpo and feeling good about this cycle!

Don't lose hope just because of Endometriosis. Best of luck!
