I just recently had my AMH tested and it came back at 8.2. My dr. didn't say much about the result but I have found through online articles and such that higher numbers, i.e. anything over 5 is supposed to be indicitive of PCOS. Did your Dr. tell you your number?

I already knew I had PCOS based on high testosterone and high LH, so this wasn't news to me or my Dr. I think that's why he didn't discuss the result with me. I know I have a high number of follicles also, but he didn't tell me how many.

From what I've read online, AMH is a fairly new test. Have you had the day 3 FSH test done? I would think the Dr. would want to do that test also if he's concerned about your AMH result.
