Hey,

Ok, relax. If there's a chance of pregnancy, take a test of course! At least to help you understand! Next thing, if you're not pregnant, it is important to know that Yasmin contains a very strong progestogen, which can take some getting used to. For example, when I was on another pill, my period would come in 2 days, literally 48 hours! On Yasmin, the bleed happens sometimes 3 whole days after the last pill. Sometimes you may not bleed at all, whether you are new to the pill or not. So, I would suggest that if this continues to happen after a couple more months, you should ask for a pill change to one that has a slightly less potent progestogen, e.g. Desogestrel.

The headaches during the break week are just due to the oestrogen levels changing, and unless they developed into migraines with auras, you needn't worry.

Try drinking herbal teas such as fennel tea, and avoid caffeine.
