Hi there. Many thanks for your reply. My AMH level was 12 pmol/L -- not sure of the conversion factor into US measurements, but it puts me in the 'low fertility group' (in international units, anything above 48 suggests PCOS, and anything between 2-15 is low). My doctor said that it's not a problem as my FSH is good and I'm closer to the top end of the 'low fertility' range, but he didn't really explain the signifiance beyond that. I would think the two would correlate -- don't understand how one can be good and the other, well, not so good. And as you say, it's a relatively new test, so I can't find much information on it. Thanks again for your help -- I'm hoping to learn more from my doctor on y next appointment.
