Hi Almodina! I'm glad you posted, too. As frustrating as PCOS can be, it's been really difficult to find people with my same symptoms. If you don't mind me asking, do you O at all on your own? My cycles usually range from 35-45 days, and I appear to O on my own from the charting I've done over the past 5-6 months, but I don't O until around CD 26. My RE told me that longer cycles can cause "weak" ovulation because the egg is older when it finally pops out. So far Clomid has shortened my cycles to around 30-32 days (I O'd around CD 16 both months). My only other signs of PCOS were the classic "string of pearls" on my ovaries, an LH:FSH ratio of just under 2:1 and a few unwanted hairs (on my big toes and a few under my belly button). Also, are you going to be monitored while on Clomid? From what I've heard, not all OBGYNs will monitor you (mid-cycle ultrasounds, etc), but REs usually do. I would make sure your dr monitors you each month to check for cysts, and to check on your follicle growth. Anyway, best of luck with your first month of Clomid - I hope you get your BFP!
