Hi - I'm also trying to gain weight. Right now I'm just walking home from work every day (about 20 minutes), but I sometimes walk on the treadmill at the gym (only about 20-25 minutes and not too fast) and I love yoga. If you're interested in yoga, I would give it a try. It's a great way to relieve stress (which has helped me with TTC!) and you can do the classes that aren't too difficult so you don't burn too many calories! Good luck! |
