Hi ladies. Well, I started the castor oil packs on the 1st. I do them 4 on and 3 off. I havent really noticed anything, although the heat from the heating pad is nice. I guess we'll see if it's helping when af is due. I'm hoping the packs will absorb the cysts on my ovaries and regulate my af. So we'll see.....
