I just started about 1 week ago taking Chaste Tree berries (Vitex) and have noticed more mucus production "down there." I have also noticed occassionally having mild cramping where my ovaries are. As I was supposed to O last week, I'm not sure its related. I'm hoping this will help as we are on a break since I am on partial unemployment. |
