Would the c/o be just as effective if I just rub it on my skin and not use the heating pad?? I only ask because every night is so busy with activities with dd that by the time I'm ready for bed I just want to crash and don't feel comfortable leaving a heating pad on me while I fall asleep. If it's better with the heating pad I'll just try and stay awake a little longer, not a huge deal.
Also, would it be best for me to stop c/o when I start stims?
TIA ladies!
