I also have a question. My mother is a type II diabetic and I'm trying to persuade her to do the Low Glycemic Diet, because she is having trouble controlling her sugars lately. But all the research she has done tell her that Whole Grain has more carbs and a higher glycemic count than the white stuff. I need scientific evidence to prove her wrong!
Can you or any one else help me with this one?
