There aren't any food groups she tells you to avoid, in fact she agress with you Chelsae. Her main points are with organic foods and eating the items from all the food groups that are going to do you the most good, if that makes sense. I think my favorite line from the whole book was "Even if you only do half of what I say, it will make a difference". It isn't an all or nothing diet, but the more you adjust the more the benefit.
Personally, I'm slowly making some of the changes she suggest as I can/get the willpower to do.
