I know it is a bit late to be asking because your appointment is today but how bad is the hair on your face?
One of my main problems/ symptoms apart from irregular periods is excessive hair. I have it everywhere even in uncommon places for PCOS. I have not had IPL laser treatment before but I have had Aculight laser treatment for 3 years on my face which has made very little improvement for me. I guess in my case while I was trying to have the excess hair removed with laser treatment my body was/ is still producing more/ new hair at the same time so I seem to be going around in circles! I guess another reason why it did not make a difference is because I was not doing anything else to help, e.g. change of diet, taking meds or exercise!
But it is different for everyone and there is nothing to say that it will not work for you. In fact, I would be really interested to know how it goes for you. Please do keep me posted if you decide to go for more treatments... |
