I am going to go see a Doctor here and get onto a PCOS specialist.
After i got married 6yrs ago my social life got completely cut off,all i did was talk to people on the phone and online.I had moved to a new country and the only person i knew was my doctor. for 4 yrs,i am now in Canada and have somewhat of a social life but i am a stay at home mom.My husband thinks i 'should find something to do' and i try to keep busy and leave the house, but the fear is always there as i am about to leave to while i am out to when i get back home.the fear that i will do something and not remember, which as i write this does not makes sense, but when i am going through it it s so over whelming.

Kats- It sounds like you really need some help controlling your symptoms. Have you sought help with a therapist or talked to your MD about PCOS meds? Having a fear of going out in public sounds like you have developed agoraphobia (potentially). I would seek help for that as soon as possible. Good luck to you hon. |
