Dear Kat,
Try not to fret about it. There are so many behavioral techniques that can help you successfully overcome your anxiety. There are many good books out there on anxiety. If you have trouble leaving the house maybe a workbook would work well for you (such as The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook (Paperback)) if you are easily self motivated. If not I would definately recommend seeing a cognitive behavioral therapist or any other type of practitioner that can help you with your anxiety. If your hormones are still imbalanced, nothing will help until you are on meds to help balance them. You seem really close to your MD so I am thinking he is most likely montioring this for you. Good luck!
