Hi bluefox
I went yesterday to my GP and we are starting over with blood works that i had done today. He says if things are still imbalanced, then we will manage it.
When i got diagnosed in Ireland they did not do a ultra sound scan,so am getting one done, hopefully i get an appointment soon.
I am trying with the anxiety,i keep reminding myself that i am safe where ever i am and it kind of works on some days, while am out when i get home if i hit a low point then everything worries me n i break down.Writing about this is helping me to realize more that's its a cycle that keeps repeating itself and its all in my head.
Thanks

If not I would definately recommend seeing a cognitive behavioral therapist or any other type of practitioner that can help you with your anxiety. If your hormones are still imbalanced, nothing will help until you are on meds to help balance them. You seem really close to your MD so I am thinking he is most likely montioring this for you. Good luck! |
