I have definately had this experience with anger and aggression. It was like the the littlest things would set me off on an anger frenzy. My poor husband bore the brunt of it. The crazy thing was that half of the time I wold not even be aware of my behavior unless it was pointed out to me. I found that getting on the right BC really helped me wiht this issue.
