we had both. DF's first SA came back at 3 million, a very high percentage of those were ill-formed.
with LOTS of vitamin C and water and no caffine etc we got him up to 30 million in 3 months, and then to over 100 after 6 months.
i used clomid and by the 5th round we got lucky with this little guy.
