For what it's worth I am a christian woman, married to a preacher. We are both sunday schooll teachers, and very active in church.
I am prolife! I totally disagree with abortion regarless of the circumstances. But I am not gonna harp on that you're beating yourself up enough.
The Lord isn't punishing you! Think of this do you know anyone who was a good person a born again christian that got cancer or had AIDS? These are 2 terrible diseases. My great-grandmother married once a saved born again christian that went to church had 5 kids and did countless good deeds for others, she died from colon cancer.
I feel 1 of 2 things the Lord will perform a miracle in you (he still does even this day and time) becasue the doctor said you can't get pregnant, the great physician the Lord Jesus may have other plans. Or the Lord is using "you" and your life situation and how you react to it, to touch another. For instance, my husband works with a man that use to go to church and quit. My husband has begged him to come back and he said he knows he should but don't have time. Well, he was diagnosed with cancer. After he got stable enough from his treatments you know where he was church. The Lord was trying to get his attention and get back to #1 in this mans life, and the Lord succedded (he always will).
No the Lord isn't punishing you! Keep looking up, and remember this verse "every good gift and every perfect gift is from above". |
