I've used condoms - and just condoms since I started having sex about 9 years ago and I've never been pregnant. I know everyone is different and that it would be so ironic if you did become pregnant. Just wanted to state that condoms alone are actally quite effective if you always use them properly. I've never had issues.

I'd be a little worried about 140/90 BP though. You really don't want to be on anything that raises your risk. What about trying to reduce your sodium in your diet? That may help a bit. Getting additional exercise can really help as well!

Good luck with your choices. Hopefully you can stay on your BCP's and won't have to worry!!
