I feel exactly the same. It's not proper depression for me, although I seem to be crying all the time, or getting angry, it's just frustration, and a short temper, and I don't know, just grumpiness... I blame my BC tbh, it's made me into a right *****, maybe speak with your doctor about that? My boyfriend has depression though (you can imagine how easy our relationship is lol) But he always finds talking to someone helps, if not the doctor, then me, or one of his friends. So do talk to someone. Also use exercise to take your mind off things, its great for releasing stress and anger, and it's going to help you in the long-term too. Good luck x
