Started out at 50mcg, with my TSH level at 3.8. I just got my 3 month check up and it was 2.7, which technically falls into "normal."
I was expecting it to actually be a little lower during my 3 month blood work, because I have felt fabulous since about 7-8 weeks of taking it. I have all my energy back, no longer feel depressed, and my metabolism has picked up.
