thanks for all the advice.
I will check out that website. At the moment I am trying to eat 2500 calories a day but I still think I need more. Its hard eating all that food I feel like I am constantly eating. But I am trying really hard to do it. I do a few leg weights twice a week, so I will try and do more whole body workouts and a bit more cardio.
