Ahh I see, well I would give yourself a few days and then see if you feel up to going for a relaxing splash! It sounds odd but after the op and doing so little, I was so knackered due to the drugs and the whole procedure.

I will be totally honest with you: I don't remember a thing about the op. When I woke up, I asked where I was, felt glad to be awake again and remembered the anaesthetists joking and holding my hand before I was "out"! It wasn't a bad experience at all. My throat was just a little dry and so drinking a bit of water and tea or coffee helped with that. But if you're out for the op, that should be it!

Please don't let little worries get in the way of you being helped xx
