Exercise is like a drug for PCOS! I am finding out how wonderful exercise is. I have PCOS, and I am pretty high risk for diabetes (gestational diabetes 3x in past). I was trying to lose wieght, and have a binging problem. A few days ago I started exercising 30 minutes per day, plus wieght lifting. WOW!~!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can just feel my clothes fitting me better and better.
Did you know exercise is like a drug for diabetes, and lots of other things if you do enough of it? Whats 1 hour of exercise everyday? I can do that for myself!!!!!!!!!!!!
