Hi ladies,
I haven't been around here much. Im going to see a dietician tomorrow to talk to her about what I should be eating and what I shouldn't be. Last two weekends I had deep fried food which was also high in sodium and did NOT feel good at all

I know I shouldn't but at times its hard not to. Ive also been having a lot of acne lately. Im hoping once I talk to her tomorrow she can set me in the right direction! Its tough but Id rather not be in pain and when I eat when I shouldn't it goes STRAIGHT to my belly and stays there its like the weight just piles on as I eat it.
