I go through periods of different things.
Sometimes I do a yogurt (Yoplait) and a piece of toast with PB or a piece of fruit.
Other times (lately) I do quick oats (regular oats are too hard for my tummy to break down) with cinnamon, raisins or dried cranberries or frozen mixed berries, and some nuts - currently walnuts. It's so yummy and very filling!!
If it's a weekend then I may do 2 eggs and 1 piece of toast with a little Brummel and Brown margarine on it.
Or make waffles for my DH and I - 1 waffle w/ Brummel and Brown and lite syrup and some fruit on the side.
It depends. I love to eat a yogurt at least once a day (it REALLY helps to keep me regular) and breakfast is just the perfect time to do this!
