Hi Goodfairy, yes the skin tags can be a pcos thing, but many people also get them without having pcos. If the skin tags are causing interference with your life (clothing, movement) you can get them snipped off at the dermatologist and insurance usually will pay for this treatment. Just see your primary dr. for a referral. I've had small tags removed from armpit and neck and it didn't hurt, but everyone's different I realize. For large ones, they can use lidocaine first if you are worried. Good luck!
