I'm so sorry agbout your doctor. How did it happen?  I'm sorry. It seems like you are caught in a difficult position.

I am not planning on upping the Met. In fact, I have only been taking it for 1 1/2 months. My dr was killed in Jan unexpectedly so my GP would only renew my script for 500 mg for 3 more months. He wants me to do a full lab run up which costs lots $$$. We do not have insurance that would pay for it.
All my weight loss was through diet/exercise. I need to start adding more exercise again, but make sure I do some weekly. |
