Default Pelvic Pain

Yea I can definitely agree that the pain thing sucks a big one. I started out with moderate but not really there pain in my pelvic area that my doctor originally found at a yearly well woman exam..so started the tests..no matter what they did the pain just wouldn't seem to go away so it seemed like each doctor in turn prescribed pills, did what they thought they call a decent and expensive bout of blood tests and ultrasounds to diagnose me and each one in turn would give up and refer me to someone else. Therefore passing the buck. I ended up in so much pain and I FINALLY had a very painful ultrasound that revealed my ovarian cysts. I scheduled surgery with my GYN where she went in, poked around, diagnosed me with PCOS but didn't truly DO anything. And she acted shocked when I came back, STILL in pain. Another doctor, another buck, more tests, and ANOTHER surgery later my severe pain is gone and now I'm on Met and tons of BC with Darvoset on the side as needed. So yes, the pain is so very real. I missed 2 months of work over it so I can DEFINITLY agree with you!!!!

My doctor said that due my cysts, they had caused my ovaries to swell contributing to my pain as well..
