The same thing happened to me. It was awful. I bled nonstop from insertion to removal. Once, I went to the mall, and on the way back I soaked through a new "maximum protection" giant size maxi pad and a super tampon... in like an hour! It was so bad that I sneezed and a burst of blood shot up through my undies and soaked through my jeans on top! And I was having giant clots and could barely get up and around because I was so worn out... so I had it removed.
