i'm so sorry for your losses. it's heart-wrenching to hear a story like yours.
i don't know about TAC, but i am wondering if you've done a complete repeat loss testing. a lot of cyster have a problem where their Dr thinks they know what's going on and so don't do all the tests. i'd be concerned about MTHR and clotting factor (lupus anticoagulant and Factors III & V).
