Dr William Peche in San Antonio is GREAT!!! He doesn't talk down to you or make you feel like an overweight slob. He's friendly and funny...Very thorough but doesn't waste your time. Also in his office are couple of other doctors who also deal with infertility.
My husband and I Love him. We went because we want to start a family and he came highly recommend by members of my own family. He immeadiately started me on Metformin and Clomid.
