Hey Mschin... I am Kayla I am actually and Aesthetician so I would say that Microdermabrasion is typically geared toward mature dry wrinkled scarred skin.. It's great for scarring although if your skin very reactive it could cause worse scarring... The microderm doesn't really do much for the oil.. What I would suggest is maybe trying a light chemical peel like a low percent Glycolic or Salicylic peel or if you really want to try microderma take it slow and light pressure because your best result happen over time not over night..
