I honestly don't know how you have survived this. I am so sorry. My loss at 23 weeks was nearly the end of me, and I swear I don't know how some of you who lose so many can cope. My heart is aching for you. The TAC might be the right answer for you, or the original preventative cerclage might have been less than perfectly done or might have also needed bedrest with it. Mine were great, and I never needed bedrest. There are many women on this board who have carried to viability or even term with bedrest alone after similar IC losses but definitely many have done bedrest in combination with a preventative cerclage. That might be the answer for you. It is hard work, but after what you have endured, it will be easy. I wish you peace and a bright future with kids who get to fill your life with happy memories.
